Live · private Alpha
Agent memory. Owner controlled.
OWD turns selected Obsidian vaults into a searchable, recoverable knowledge
layer where independent AI agents can hand cited work forward without taking
custody of the owner’s source notes.
01 / The pressure point
Every new agent starts too close to zero.
Good work gets trapped inside provider sessions, copied into giant prompts, or
flattened into summaries that lose sources and owner judgment. The owner must either
repeat the project history or surrender it to one tool’s private memory model.
02 / The product
Carry accepted work, not hidden conversations.
OWD keeps agents independent. A bounded Project record preserves work packets,
attempts, artifacts, reviews, and owner Decisions with exact provenance. The owner
chooses what is shared, what becomes durable truth, and when access ends.
- 01
Provider neutral
Standard MCP and scoped OAuth connect compatible agents without bundling a model.
- 02
Cited handoffs
Artifacts and reviews preserve their sources, scope, and contribution history.
- 03
Owner Decisions
Agents contribute evidence; only the owner accepts durable project truth.
- 04
Portable recovery
Encrypted, versioned snapshots remain inspectable and independently restorable.
03 / Cloudflare fabric
One owner cell, explicit at every boundary.
An integrated Worker serves Static Assets and APIs. D1 holds identity, policy,
search, provenance, and collaboration metadata; R2 stores immutable content and
encrypted snapshots; each vault gets a SQLite Durable Object for sync; KV carries
short-lived OAuth protocol state.

BOUNDARY + NEXT GATE
Single-owner Alpha.
OWD is not team or multi-tenant SaaS. Public self-deployment and a managed service
are not yet available. The next acceptance gate is a representative two-agent
Project run that proves handoff behavior outside the owner’s existing path.
